Commemorative posters for the 2011 earthquake that hit the Pacific coast of
Tōhoku off the coast of Japan on March 11, 2011. This catastrophic event is referred to as the Great East Japan Earthquake and the most powerful earthquake in the world since record-keeping began in 1900. The tsunami caused 18,079 deaths and missing persons. This project was in collaboration with the Ogaki Poster Museum in Japan.
